PVP Dobok Guide for Blade and Soul

I think that a PVP Dobok Guide for Blade and Soul is needed to help us all understand what it is and how to obtain them. Equipment in Blade and Soul’s armor system is different from other mmos. Doboks do not change your character stats, they just change your character’s appearance similar in nature to costumes or transmog in other games, with the exception of PVP Doboks, but you can read more on that below.

PVP Dobok Guide for Blade and Soul

PVP Dobok Guide for Blade and SoulThere are several kinds of  Dobok types in Blade and Soul.

  • Drop Doboks
  • NPC Doboks
  • PvP Doboks
  • Quest Doboks

Today, we will focus on PVP Doboks. Different factions will have different Doboks, the Doboks you wear can change the PVP system. You need to wear a different faction Dobok to attack players of that your current faction. Other Dobok types maybe only change your appearance. PVP Doboks in Blade and Soul are different in that they can change your faction. If two players wear Doboks of opposite factions, they can attack each other whether they are in the field or in town.

When you are in PVP, having and being able to use various Doboks, will allow you to kill various factions, which in turn will make Blade and Soul gold.

Players with normal costume Doboks will not be able to attack players with other Doboks if they are not meant for PVP, and vice verse. They can attack each other only when both of them wear PVP Doboks.

Note: PVP Doboks can not be abandoned nor traded, but players can equip them at any time.

Here’s a look at some of the various Doboks available within Blade and Soul. Below, you will find a bit more information on the various Doboks, and where to obtain them.
