How to Fix Rift 64bit Client Crash

This is probably related to the invasive change that forces your Glyph client to launch Rift in the “Stable” 64 bit client mode. The Fix Rift 64bit Client Crash is easy:

Open Glyph, right click on Rift on the side bar and go to “Settings”

Click the General tab (top of left side bar under the Rift settings found in previous step. Click 32 Bit next to “CPU:”

You can reproduce this by enabling 64 bit CPU mode, hopping on to a Seastone character and trying to click “Return to home shard” – it will crash every time. Hopefully this is just a bug that’ll get fixed and not the reason that will cause the Seastone shard to disappear for good. puts on tin foil hat
